PWG’s extensive high-end single-family residential experience has transitioned to the mid and high rise luxury market. This niche market requires a sophisticated level of expertise in the lifestyle requirements of this luxury market. Design at this level is more than tasteful, quality spaces. The large residence, because of its size, begins to impose a burden on the home owner. Through sophisticated use of discreet technology we are returning to the home owner the relaxed environment, within a spacious home. Prudent planning allows for delivery and services to be performed without interrupting the peaceful enjoyment of the home owner. The Phoenix, rising on the bayfront near Downtown Sarasota, features two residences on a floor of 4,000 sq. ft., 10′ ceilings, private garages, and floor to ceiling glass in key areas, along with expansive balconies. The Phoenix was one of the first luxury condos developed on Golden Gate Point. It is an 8 story mid-rise in the bay front. It was one of the first to incorporate 2 car garages and features like huge master closets, typically found in large home, but in the late 90’s not seen in the smaller condo apartments of the day. It was the first project in Sarasota to incorporate hurricane rated curtain wall windows, prevalent today.
