Project Overview
This luxury “on the sand” beach condo contains expansive balconies and extensive glass creating a feeling “living on the beach” for each unit. This design created a modern 32-unit setting on Siesta Key Beach. The design took advantage of the site and area amenities. The project with its clean lines and wrap around balconies is one of the most modern projects on Siesta Beach. The project was well received and all units were sold before the team obtained construction permits.
