Vista Bay Point

Project Overview

Vista Bay Point, constructed in 2003 on Golden Gate Point, again set the bar in the luxury market. Composed of two towers rising from a common base, each tower contains only one unit per floor ranging from 3,000-3,500 SF. The project features individual garages for each of the 17 units, an amenity deck with a pool, spa, theatre, exercise room, billiard room and poker table. The project also has a guest room for visitors. The site was a challenging shape and had views that were hard to visualize. Extensive use was made of photos that were converted into computer animation to understand and exploit the view. First time visitors to the project often comment that, looking from the road, they had no idea that the project had “those kind of views”.
